The Journey Back

We left the city of brotherly love to head back to New York, but first we were compelled to make a few stops. Our first stop was Friendly’s.

This table service chain is known for its ice-cream and I have a major sweet tooth, so I ordered oats.

Peddler’s Village was next on our agenda.

It’s an outdoor shopping village in Buck’s County with cute boutique stores.

The village is also home to a most wonderful Christmas store.

During the Christmas season Peddler’s Village also has a Gingerbread competition display.

Alicia, Carlos and I had a little festive photo shoot for the blog.

Peddler’s village looked beautiful by day, but it was almost magical in the twilight.

Following my first visit to Pennsylvania I wanted to mark another state off my list. New Jersey just so happened to be on the way back. We stopped in at Italian diner, Luna Rossa. The food wasn’t quite outstanding, but everything else was. The restaurant was beautifully decorated, and the service was efficient and friendly.

Here is what I look like in New Jersey.

The same as every other state. Maybe one day I’ll explore a little more of New Jersey, but up next in my blogging adventures is the big apple.

  1. Wonderful photos! Peddler’s Village was a really nice shopping experience...if only all shopping centers were that adorable.

    1. It sure was. Other shopping centres need to step up their game.
