Disney Dining

After our dance rehearsal on the wet grass Jess and I went on our merry way to Downtown Disney.

We checked out the shops.

I found myself the perfect man. He's customisable...

Meet up with our BBFL (Best Buzz For Life).

It was all quite dandy, but then came the star of the day... Disney dining. There was word on the street (by street I mean Internet) that Wolfgang Puck Express was pretty amazing. And it was. We ordered a quick service meal, which felt like table service meal. (I realise many of you are wondering what these types of service mean, but it took me long enough to work out the whole Disney dining thing.) Basically it was awesome. Even Jess who is pretty fussy loved it and thinks everyone should go there.

And then tonight. Tonight we went to California Grill. Oh. My. Foodness. It was incredible. Yes, I did just create a new word to describe my love and amazement for the restaurant. We had a lovely server named Erika. The food was amazing. The delight at the food began with the bread. It was so good I literally double fist pumped on two separate occasions,

I went with my roomies, Alicia (but I call her Leesh so I don't get confused with my sister) and Ashlea. Most of the table was quite civilised. But then there was Ashlea and I. We wore the same colours and ordered the same main and dessert. It was then we realised our kindred twinship and began sampling all the desserts together. Here we are cheers-ing with our strawberries.

We also had chocolate moustaches at one point and phrases like YOLLO (You Only Little Leaf Once) were also thrown around. Erika was kind enough not to judge our weirdness.

We brought the rest of our dessert back for our "party of five" (90s kids, which is apparently everyone, will love that pun) to share tomorrow night... if we're not still full.

The journey to the bus ride home was also a little interesting. That almost needs an entire blog post of its own. But if I was to sum it up in one sentence it would have to be, "Go around!" Most of the times we heard this we were going around.

As I stealth blog just after 1am I'm trying not to disturb the mumbler and the snorer (this snoring is new. Hopefully it's a one night only gig.) I wonder just how the weather will be tomorrow. We've all been preparing for "the cold day" for the past week. A low of 0 and a high of 8. Yes, that is celcius, but it's between days of 23 and 20 and excuse me Florida I thought you were supposed to be sunny. Hopefully we don't all become "frozen" tomorrow.
